Buyer terms

In short: You're buying from an independent creator, not from Hawka. Prices are in USD, or in naira, cedi or shilling if you're in Nigeria, Ghana or Kenya. You get a personal license unless the product says otherwise, and the seller's refund policy applies.

Who you're buying from

Each store is run by an independent seller. Hawka provides checkout, delivery and support, and processes payment on the seller's behalf.

Access

Access is granted once payment is confirmed. A pending payment shows as pending and grants no access until it confirms. Download links expire after 15 minutes; your library keeps your purchases available. Download limits are shown on the product page.

Licenses

Unless stated otherwise, products are for personal, non-commercial use. Don't share, resell or redistribute files.

Refunds

Each seller sets a refund policy shown before you pay. Files that are faulty or not as described are always eligible. If a seller doesn't respond within 2 business days, Hawka support will review.

Taxes

Sales tax or VAT is added where required and shown before you pay.
